The window to order a menu board paid for by the Ad Fund has closed. The next window will be Fall of 2025. For menu boards placed outside of our Menu Board window, the franchisee will incur costs and be responsible for payment directly to print vendor, Primary Color (approximately $450 + shipping per store).
Instructions
1 - Select all store(s) numbers for your price list to be applied to. You can select and deselect any store before approval at the end. If you have more than one pricing list they will need to be entered separately.
2 - Select Franchise Business name from Dropdown.
3 - Enter pricing for each item. If you do not carry that item, please enter “0”. Only locations approved for breakfast may enter pricing for breakfast items. Primary Color has a list of approved breakfast locations and will not print breakfast items for unapproved restaurants.
4 - Review your pricing and store selection and make sure all entries are correct.
5 - Optional – Print pricing button at bottom will generate an excel list for you to keep.
6 - Click the “I approve the pricing above” button and it will be submitted.
Helpful Hints
1 - Adobo Chicken, Ground Beef and Tofu are not premium meats so they are not listed in this form.
2 - Steak and White Meat Chicken is usually a premium meat choice so only enter the upcharge price for each as it applies. If no upcharge price applies, then nothing will be printed on the menu board.
3 - Taco price should be for 3 tacos only. One taco will still be available for order online and in-store, but menu board will only show 3 tacos.
